Exchanges and Returns in Store
RETURNS ON THE ONLINE CHANNEL
1.1. Black Friday Special Period 2024
Items purchased between November 25 and December 27, 2024 can be returned until January 10, 2025.
1.2. General Return Process
- Request a refund by sending an email to contact@oldjeffrey.com
- Include in the email:
- Order number .
- Article reference (or link if reference is not found).
- Confirmation of pick-up address , or new address in case of changes.
- Preferred time for collection.
- Answer the question: Why did you return the item? (optional, but helps improve service).
1.3. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Exceptions:
- Altered or custom-made garments.
- Underwear (boxers, socks).
- Ceremonial items: cufflinks, suspenders, handkerchiefs.
- Products outside the 14-day period.
1.4. Refund Conditions
- Refund : Within 14 calendar days and to the same original payment method.
- Refund of shipping costs :
- Applies to peninsular shipments if:
- The order exceeds the minimum value according to geographical area.
- Items that meet the minimum value are not eligible for discounts or promotions (except for the 5% welcome discount).
1.5. Costs Associated with Returns
- Special cases with cost :
- Returns preceded by prior free size changes.
- Returns of orders that, even after using a free shipping code, result in not complying with the established policy for free returns, that is:
- The order exceeds the minimum value according to geographical area.
- Items that meet the minimum value are not eligible for discounts or promotions (except for the 5% welcome discount).
- Prices according to location :
- Peninsula: Free (conditions met) or €5.98.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: €9.98.
- Europe: €15.98.
- Rest of the world: €49.98.
1.6. Product Return Conditions
- Original packaging.
- Perfect condition with no signs of use.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer without refund.
1.7. Collection Attempts
- Two free attempts are offered.
- Additional costs apply from the third attempt, according to the standard rate for the area.
CHANGES IN THE ONLINE CHANNEL
2.1. General Change Process
- Request a size change by sending an email to contact@oldjeffrey.com with:
- Order number.
- Article reference (or link if reference is not found).
- Confirmation of pickup address or new address.
- Preferred time for collection.
2.2. Conditions of Change
- Term : 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
- Only size changes are allowed, not color or model.
- Subject to availability of the requested size.
- The item must be in perfect condition, labeled and in its original packaging.
- Exceptions : Changes are not allowed for:
- Altered or custom-made garments.
- Underwear (boxers, socks).
- Ceremonial items: cufflinks, suspenders, handkerchiefs.
- Products outside the 14-day period.
2.3. Costs Associated with Changes
- First change free (Peninsula only).
- Costs for additional changes:
- Peninsula: €5.98.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: €9.98.
- Europe: €15.98.
- Rest of the world: €49.98.
2.4. Changes during Sales Period
Size changes are made without refunding the price difference if the item was purchased at the original price and subsequently reduced.

IN-STORE RETURNS
For all purchases made in our store at C/ Velázquez 19 , the corresponding return must be made through this same channel ; to do so, the associated purchase receipt must be presented. In this case, you will be given a VOUCHER that you can use in store on current and future collections and with no expiration date.
Outside the Christmas period, and as a general policy, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a return or exchange.
We will not be able to return or exchange:
- No item that is not in perfect condition, that is, the Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
- In no case will returns be accepted for (i) modified garments, (ii) custom-made garments, (iii) underwear (such as boxers and socks), (iv) the following ceremonial items: cufflinks, suspenders and handkerchiefs, as well as (v) garments outside the 14 calendar day return period.
In the particular case of a change of size , if the item had been purchased at its original RRP, if this request for a change of size was then required within the sales period , this would be carried out with the simple action of changing the size, giving the customer the new size that they requested without reimbursing, in any case, the difference in price between the original RRP and the reduced RRP at the time of the change.
CHANGES IN STORE
- If you wish to exchange your size, you can do so within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
- This service only allows you to change the size of the item, you will not be able to change its color or model. The change of size is subject to the availability of the item.
- To carry out a size change, the associated purchase receipt must be presented.
- Important : For any item purchased at its original RRP, if a change of size is later required , making this request within the sales period, this would be carried out with the simple action of changing the size, giving the customer the new size they request without reimbursing, under any circumstances, the difference in price between the original RRP and the reduced RRP at the time of the change.
- The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to proceed with an exchange if the item in the original order is not in perfect condition.
- Changes are not permitted for modified garments, custom-made garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), formal items or garments outside the return period.
Special Information - WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive an incorrect item or one with visible defects, please contact us at contact@oldjeffrey.com.
* If the item is defective, you must send photos of the defect and always within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
We will ask you for the details of your order and arrange for the collection. Once we have verified the defect or fault, you will be given the option of sending you the same product if we have it in stock, exchanging it for another product or returning the money using the same payment method you used to pay.
In the event that the defect or fault is detected after the 7 days indicated have elapsed, Old Jeffrey will decide to resolve the incident based on the case transmitted and explained by the client.
