Exchanges and Returns in Store
Returns in the Online Channel
1.1. General Return Process
- Request a refund by sending an email to contact@oldjeffrey.com
- Include in the email:
- Order number .
- Article reference (or link if the reference cannot be found).
- Confirmation of collection address , or new address in case of changes.
- Preferred collection time .
- Answer the question: Why did you return the item? (optional, but it helps improve the service).
1.2. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Exceptions:
- Altered or custom-made garments.
- Underwear (boxers, socks).
- Ceremony items: cufflinks, suspenders, handkerchiefs.
- Products outside the 14-day period.
1.3. Refund Conditions
- Refund : Within 14 calendar days and to the same original payment method.
- Shipping cost refund :
- Applies to shipments within the Iberian Peninsula if:
- The order exceeds the minimum value according to the geographical area.
- Items that meet the minimum value do not have a discount or promotion (except for the 5% welcome discount).
1.4. Costs Associated with Returns
- Special cases with cost :
- Returns preceded by free prior size exchanges.
- Returns of orders that, even after using a free shipping code, result in not meeting the established policy for free returns, that is:
- The order exceeds the minimum value according to the geographical area.
- Items that meet the minimum value do not have a discount or promotion (except for the 5% welcome discount).
- Prices vary depending on location :
- Peninsula: Free (subject to conditions) or €5.98.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: €9.98.
- Europe: €15.98.
- Rest of the world: €49.98.
1.5. Product Conditions for Return
- Original packaging.
- Perfect condition with no signs of use.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer without a refund.
1.6. Collection Attempts
- Two free attempts are offered.
- Additional costs apply from the third attempt onwards, according to the standard rate for the area.
Changes to the Online Channel
2.1. General Change Process
- To request a size exchange, please send an email to contact@oldjeffrey.com with:
- Order number.
- Article reference (or link if the reference cannot be found).
- Confirmation of collection address or new address.
- Preferred collection time.
2.2. Conditions of the Exchange
- Deadline : 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
- It only allows changes in size, not in color or model.
- Subject to availability of the requested size.
- The item must be in perfect condition, labeled and in its original packaging.
- Exceptions : Changes are not allowed for:
- Altered or custom-made garments.
- Underwear (boxers, socks).
- Ceremony items: cufflinks, suspenders, handkerchiefs.
- Products outside the 14-day period.
2.3. Costs Associated with Changes
- First exchange free (Peninsula only).
- Costs for additional changes:
- Peninsula: €5.98.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: €9.98.
- Europe: €15.98.
- Rest of the world: €49.98.
2.4. Changes during the Sale Period
Size exchanges are made without refunding the price difference if the item was purchased at the original price and subsequently reduced.

In-store returns
For all purchases made at our store at 19 Velázquez Street , returns must be processed through the same store ; you will need to present the original purchase receipt. In this case, you will receive a voucher that can be used in-store for current and future collections and has no expiration date.
Outside of the Christmas period, and as a general policy, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a return or exchange.
We cannot refund or exchange:
- No item that is not in perfect condition, that is, the Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
- Under no circumstances are returns accepted for (i) altered garments, (ii) custom-made garments, (iii) underwear (such as boxers and socks), (iv) the following ceremonial items: cufflinks, suspenders and handkerchiefs, as well as (v) garments outside the 14 calendar day return period.
In the specific case of a size change , the item would have been purchased at its original RRP. If a size change request is then made during the sale period , it will be carried out by simply exchanging the size, delivering the new size requested to the customer without refunding, under any circumstances, the price difference between the original RRP and the discounted RRP at the time of the change.
Changes in store
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you can do so within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
- This service only allows you to change the size of the item; you cannot change the color or model. Size exchanges are subject to item availability.
- To exchange an item for a different size, you must present the associated purchase receipt.
- Important : For any item purchased at its original RRP, if a size change is subsequently required , and this request is made during the sale period, it will be carried out by simply exchanging the size, delivering the new size requested to the customer without refunding, under any circumstances, the price difference between the original RRP and the discounted RRP at the time of the exchange.
- The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled, and in its original packaging. We will not be able to process an exchange if the item from the original order is not in perfect condition.
- No exchanges are accepted for altered garments, custom-made garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremonial items or garments outside the return period.
Special information - Incorrect or defective item
If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item, please contact us at contact@oldjeffrey.com.
* If the item is defective, you must send photos of the defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
We will ask for your order details and arrange for collection. Once we verify the defect, you will be given the option of receiving the same product if we have it in stock, exchanging it for another product, or receiving a refund via the same payment method you used.
If the fault or defect is noticed after the indicated 7 days have elapsed, Old Jeffrey will decide on the resolution of the issue based on the circumstances reported and explained by the customer.
