Exchanges and Returns in Store

RETURNS IN STORE

For any purchase made in our store at C/ Velázquez 19 , the corresponding return must be made through this same means ; To do this, the associated purchase receipt must be presented. In this case you will be given a VOUCHER that you can use in the store in current and future collections and without an expiration date.

Exceptionally, and in accordance with the logic of the Christmas period , any item purchased in store from November 13, 2022 may be exchanged or returned until January 13, 2023.

In any case, and as indicated at the beginning of the letter, in the event of a return you will be given a VOUCHER that you can use in the store in current and future collections and without an expiration date.

Outside of the Christmas period, and as a general policy, you have 30 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a return or exchange.

We will not be able to return or exchange:

  • Any item that is not in perfect condition, that is, the Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition in which you received it, without apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
  • Under no circumstances are returns of modified garments accepted.
  • Under no circumstances are returns of custom-made garments accepted.
  • Underwear (such as boxers and socks).
  • Ceremony items (cufflinks, suspenders and handkerchiefs).
  • Garments outside the 30-day return period.

In the particular case of a size change , the item would have been purchased with its original RRP, if this size change request was later required within the sales period , this would be carried out with the simple action of changing the size by delivering to the customer the new size that he/she requests without refunding, in any case, the price difference between the original RRP and the reduced RRP at the time of the change.

CHANGES IN STORE

  • If you wish to make a size change you can do so within 30 days of your purchase.
  • This service only allows you to change the size of the item, you will not be able to change the color or model. Size change is subject to item availability.
  • In order to carry out the size change, the associated purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Important : for any item purchased with its original RRP, if a size change is later required , this request being carried out within the sales period, this would be carried out with the simple action of changing the size, giving the customer the new size that the latter requests without refunding, in any case, the difference in price between the original RRP and the reduced RRP at the time of the change.
  • The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition in which you received it, without apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to make an exchange if the item in the original order is not in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges of modified garments, custom-made garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremonial items or garments outside the return period are not allowed.
