Canary Islands
- 4 business days (Nacex): €9.98 | Free on orders over €120

Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Italy
- 4–5 business days (UPS): €9.98 | Free on orders over €120

Rest of Europe
- Up to 7 business days from order placement: €15.98 | Free on orders over €180

Rest of the world
- Up to 10 business days from order placement: €49.98 | Free on orders over €480

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your order by:
- 10 working days (Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom)
- 21 working days (rest of the world)

Taxes and tariffs

- European countries outside the EU: tariffs to be paid by the customer at the destination.
- Any country with import tariffs: at the customer's expense.
- Canary Islands: the customer must pay the IGIC, regardless of the shipping cost.

Our warehouse is located in Madrid, so we follow the calendar of that province.

Additional Conditions

You have two attempts to receive the package. If you are not home or the information provided is incorrect, you will have to pay the original shipping charges again or pick it up at the corresponding NACEX branch . Alternatively, if you prefer to return the order, you will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping costs.
