If you receive an incorrect item or one with visible defects, please contact us at contact@oldjeffrey.com.
* If the item is defective you must send photos of the defect and always within 7 days after receiving the order.
We will ask you for the details of your order and we will arrange the collection. Once we verify the defect or defect, you will be given the opportunity to send you the same product if we have stock, to exchange it for another product or to refund your money using the same payment method with which you paid.
